Burg Of habitation

I know no one has ever posted here. I will be the first and I hope if there are any other members out there that live in this area that they start posting also as there sure has been alot of break ins lately. I have notice from the police reports that there has at least been 4 in the month of Jan, not counting some other burg of buildings. This neighborhood is one big subdivision, however once you cross Pruett St. it becomes Creekwood subdivision. But it sure would be nice to have little more patrol around here, these streets are very dark at night , they are long blocks and there is only one street light on each block, on State St. I do not even think there is a light. However I think if we had some more patrol we might be able to slow down the break ins. I hope we get some more members and we keep a watch in our neighborhood.

Good post and as for street lights, make certain the lights you have are working properly (not dim, staying on all day, off & on, etc). I just finished a survey of the street lights in the Plumwood subdivision and of 33 street lights there were 10 that were defective. I reported this to www.centerpointenergy.com for reporting street lights and they were all fixed within the week. You need the pole number and location to report this information.

your right about the break-ins.my nieghbors cars was broke into and they stole the steoreo.i guy i work with had his tv', and computers stole. i had a brand new toro weedeater stole out of my garage. an increase in patrols would be great. all three of these were in the daytime hours on a weekday.

I have not read or heard about anyone getting caught. I sure hope someone does get caught.
