Neighborhood Watch Program
I would like to know if there is a NW Program in Tanglewilde if not, how can one be started.

Tell her you are interested in getting involved in the NW program. If no one else responds, it doesn't take an expert to get one going. First contact someone you trust in your neighborhood. Get them to come here and sign up - then another and another. Read the other NW stuff and see what we are doing and imitate it.
