Spur 330 or Spur 55 (or 99, whatever they are calling it these days)? I was on my way to the golf course right around 7:00 this morning, and saw a guy walking away from a maroon sedan, looked like maybe a Saturn, with a plastic bag in his hand (he could have had nothing to do with it and just been walking past it, I cant say for sure). I just assumed he had broken down or something. The windows were rolled down, and the car was sitting probably a little less than 1/4 mile from tri-city.

Spur 55, now redesignated as Hwy 99, is a completely different road than Spur 330. Hwy 99 starts on Business Hwy 146 and goes into Chambers County. Spur 330 is the mainlain portions of Decker Drive, starting at State Highway 146 and traveling to Interstate 10.

Correct, and there is no "spur 330 between 146 and tri-city", which is why I tried to ask if he intended to say spur 55.

Well OK Yardhand. 99. Mistake. Maroon Sedan on Spur 99. Anything on that? that time?

Now, the call that Hancock is referring to was an abandoned vehicle, which was found running with personal property in it. The vehicle was later towed and stored at a local wrecker yard. I would assume the officers were searching for the possible vehicle owner or any evidence of a crime, but it doesn't look like anything was found.
